There are many resources available that you can use to help you gain more knowledge about this. One of the best ways to go about learning English phrases is by using audio files. Turn Your Mental Health Struggle Into a Journey
Turn Your Mental Health Struggle Into a Journey via Pexels As a college student, youve probably felt the feeling of anxiety. Your chest tightens, its hard to breathe, you cant focus on whats right in front of you. But its hard to cope with this mental illness. Especially in college, when time seems to move at a faster pace. When everything is overstimulating. When your planner is at its fullest. If youve ever struggled with anxiety, New York Times bestselling author, Sarah Wilson, could be the mentor you need to tackle your mental health struggle. Wilsons novel aims to redefine our societys conversation about anxiety. Instead of this issue being the challenge to living a stress-free life, Wilson describes her journey with anxiety as a spiritual quest. With all the information available about anxiety (mindfulness coloring books, meditation guides, strict diets, etc.) Wilsons novel examines all we have to offer this condition, describing her own successes and failures. Wilsons personal battle with mental health stretches from generalized anxiety to obsessive-compulsive disorder and insomnia. If anyone knows what its like to deal with the challenges of being mentally healthy, its Wilson. First, We Make the Beast Beautiful takes advantage of what the world has to offer regarding anxiety, including interviews, philosophical mantras, and personal anecdotes. Wilson encompasses her journey with anxiety by suggesting anxious people focus on six simple tasks: Become a gracious person. Wilson points out that science has suggested anxiety and gratitude cannot co-exist. By focusing on what youre grateful for, your mind forgets to be anxious. Creating a ritual for being gracious will allow you to let go of obsessing over what triggers their anxiety. Slow down on sugar consumption. Wilson disagrees with those who suggest your diet has nothing to do with your mental health. By eliminating sugar from your diet, you have better control over your mood swings. Create a routine of accomplishment. Simply making your bed every day can put you in the right mindset for the day. Override your anxious habits by creating new, healthy ones. Exercise. Successful individuals will vouch for exercise keeping them healthy physically and emotionally. Give your creativity room to breathe by spending time in the outdoors. If you hate to exercise (as many people do), encourage short walks outdoors. Let go of feeling guilty for skipping social functions. You might feel FOMO (the fear of missing out) if you dont attend all the social functions in college that your buddies seem to enjoy. Knowing its okay to skip out on social interaction to have alone time can change your anxious patterns of giving into that social pressure, which causes your anxiety. Breathe. The most simple way to battle anxiety is to remember to breathe. Wilsons novel lists breathing as one of the best ways to manage anxiety on a daily basis. As our society focuses on controlling anxiety with medication, limiting our notion of anxiety to being dangerous and debilitating, Wilson strives to change the conversation. She sees anxiety as a personal journey, encouraging her readers to embrace their own anxiety as part of who they are. If you struggle with anxious thoughts and patterns, Wilsons novel First, We Make the Beast Beautiful might be the best way to stimulate getting a handle on it.

How To Revise For A-Level Biology
How To Revise For A-Level Biology A-Level Biology covers a lot of ground, so ideally revision should take place throughout the year. To avoid this becoming tedious, it pays to use a variety of revision methods and resources. Knowing how to revise in a multitude of ways can help you to both retain the A-Level information you need and also make you think about Biology topics in a new way. Past papers and examiner reports Using past papers in conjunction with examiners reports is a good way to see what examiner wants and the common mistakes many students make in A-Level Biology. Sometimes these reports have 'model answers', which can also help you to think about your answers and how you have answered in a different way. A Biology Tutor can also help in this area - as exam technique and knowing how to answer is critical when it comes to grades. Make flashcards Cementing the idea that revision should happen throughout the year, it really pays to write a set of flashcards every time you finish a module in class. This way, by the end of the academic year, you will have a set of Biology flashcards for every topic. Each set of cards should contain facts and processes that you can then go over and remind yourself of at regular intervals. Listen to science podcasts Podcasts are an excellent way to rethink common areas and help you expand upon your A-Level knowledge. Several science-based ones such as The Infinite Monkey Cage and Waking Up with Sam Harris are really good. And the Nature Podcast is excellent. Download a revision app Gojimo is the UK's most popular revision app used by 1 in 3 GCSE and A level students. It is free and helps you pass exams giving you access over 40,000 practice questions. Quizlet is another brilliant revision app for science that allows you to create a study set of flashcards, and add your terms and definitions. You can discover millions of flashcard sets created by other students and teachers or easily create their own to personalise their revision. Gojimo and Quizlet allow you to download quizzes for offline use. They also track your progress, strengths and weakness across each topic. Watch YouTube There are countless YouTube videos on all the subject areas that fall under Biology A-Levels from cell structure to genetics, anatomy and more. Worth following is Ms Cooper's A Level Biology Channel. She has created the videos here for A-Level Biology revision and is one of the leaders in this area. Also worth watching are the How I Revise videos where Vloggers tell you their best revision methods. Make diagrams For some elements of A-level biology, nothing beats a diagram that you create and then pin to your walls as a reminder. Visualising the information and how it works together can then help you to remember it. For instance, you could make one for respiration and the four different cycles. The process of drawing out the cycles can then also help you to remember it. A-Level Biology Tutors can help with revision, exam technique, specifics around topic areas and with areas you are finding complicated.

The Organic Chemistry Tutor Diffraction Optics Slit, Also Known As the Molecular Slit
The Organic Chemistry Tutor Diffraction Optics Slit, Also Known As the Molecular SlitThe organic chemistry tutor diffraction optics slit, also known as the molecular slit, is a piece of optical equipment used in the study of a protein that acts as a lens and lets light pass through, rather than into the sample. The arrangement of molecules in a molecule's molecules in a single or double helix shapes the molecule, allowing its parts to focus light. While an ordinary microscope, while used to observe the crystal structure of a compound, cannot give rise to the natural optics, it can allow to observe the molecule's molecular movements to reveal these molecular operations. The organic chemistry tutor diffraction optics slit, also known as the molecular slit, is a piece of optical equipment used in the study of a protein that acts as a lens and lets light pass through, rather than into the sample. In the organic chemistry slit, the fiber can be made to spin by using the outer mirror. The slit can also be inclined to different angles, that is it is tilted in such a way as to let light pass through. The diffraction optics has been used since the early 1900s for the observation of light waves that travel on their way in the room. The organic chemistry tutor diffraction optics slit, also known as the molecular slit, is a piece of optical equipment used in the study of a protein that acts as a lens and lets light pass through, rather than into the sample. The slit is used for a telescope in order to collect the light that comes from a microscope or a laser beam. The quantum mechanical reason behind the electron that is diffracting the light and the energy level of the electrons or ions of the molecules are determined by the structure of the molecule. The pupil of the pupil ray, which contains a layer of an organic polymer, is responsible for the sharpness of the light. The organic polymer is very common and is usually made out of cellulose. For instance, the pupil of the pupil r ay can be made out of glutaraldehyde. In the organic chemistry playground the pupil of the pupil ray must be made out of an appropriate polymer.Pupil rays can be made to operate as molecular lenses by fixing them to the lens by means of lenses made of a substance called photonic crystals. The process of making the pupil reflects on the ability of the organic molecule to absorb light. The pupil acts as a lens, allowing light waves to pass through.
